Pan fry & oven bake
- Cooking Instructions General This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary. Ensure fish is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.
- Oven cook From Frozen For the best results defrost before cooking. 1. Remove required amount from all packaging and rub with a little oil. 2. Pre-heat a frying pan over a high heat, fry skin side up for 1 minute until coloured. 3. Place skin side down on a baking tray near the middle of a pre-heated oven Fan 180ºC / Gas Mark 6 for 8 - 10 minutes (for best results do not overcook). 4. Allow to stand for 2 minutes on the baking tray, remove the skin and season before serving. Oven Bake For the best results cook from frozen. 1. Remove required amount from packaging, wrap loosely in foil and a knob of butter and season to taste. 2. In preheated oven to 200ºC / Gas Mark 6 / Fan 180ºC place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. 3. Allow to stand in the foil for 2 minutes before serving.
