Where is it from?
Our delicious Sea Bream fillets are farmed in the pristine clear waters of the Aegean Sea. The catch is then filleted and frozen within hours, ensuring you serve only the freshest tasting fish.
What does it look like?
Similar to Sea Bass with its skin-on, boneless with white, flaky meat.
Cook to impress
Defrost thoroughly and cook from chilled. Score the skin using a sharp knife. To pan fry, heat a non-stick pan on a high heat with a little oil and place the fillets in to a non-stick pan, skin side down. Lightly season the flesh and reduce the heat. After around 4 minutes, turn the fillets over and add butter until it foams and turns a nutty brown colour.
