- Cooking Instructions From Frozen This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary. Ensure fish loins are piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Remove product from packaging before cooking.
- Oven cook From Frozen For best results cook from frozen. 1. Pre-heat oven to 200ºC/180ºC Fan/Gas mark 6. 2. Wrap loosely in foil, dot with a little butter and season to taste. Place on a pre-heated baking tray in the centre of the oven. 3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Poach From Frozen For best results defrost before cooking. 1. Place desired amount of loins into a frying pan or large sauce pan. 2. Add milk to fully cover the loins (optional add butter) and bring to boil. 3. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 8-10 minutes, do not boil - ensure pan does not boil dry.

What does it look like?
Skinless and boneless fillets with a slight yellow colour on the outside, and white flaky meat on the inside. These prime Smoked Haddock fillets are carefully smoked over oak and beech wood chippings to give a wonderful smoky flavour.
Cook to impress
Defrost thoroughly and cook from chilled. Bring a pan of milk to simmer, then add the haddock. Take the pan off the heat and it will gently cook in the milk for 8-10 minutes.
