Product Information

Arctic Royal Salt Baked Seabass 550g

"Salt-Baked Seabass (known in Spain as Lubina a la sal) uses an ancient cooking technique which has been practiced in southern Spain for centuries. The salt creates an oven within an oven to steam the sea bass, creating a moist and juicy fish, without a salty taste. We have prepared the seabass with lemon, garlic, bay leaf and parsley, which will lightly infuse the fish when cooked. So simple, yet so impressive. Oven bake straight from the freezer at 180 degrees for an hour, for a perfectly cooked fish full of flavour.

Usage

Easy Steps to Restaurant Quality 1 Once cooked in the oven for one hour at 180 degrees, leave to cool for five minutes, before cracking open the salt. The salt should crack simply with some force. 2 Gently remove the salt from the seabass, and brush any remaining salt from the skin. If required, peel off the skin, to leave the top fillet exposed. 3 Serve the first fillet using a fish slice or spoon. 4 Gently remove the bone from head to tail, leaving the second fillet ready to serve. Enjoy!
