Carrot, Pea and Mash Pie
- 400g Frozen garden peas
- 450g Frozen baby carrots
- 908g Frozen mashed potato
- Onion gravy granules (follow pack instructions for quantity)
Bring a 500ml of water to the boil in a sauce pan, add the gravy granules and stir until well combined.
Add the peas and carrots to the pan and bring back to the boil – this should take around 5 minutes.
Pour the mix into a large casserole dish and top with the frozen mashed potato. Cook in preheated oven at 180C for 25-30 minutes.
