- 225g dark chocolate – broken into small pieces
- 50g golden syrup
- 125g butter
- 100g mini marshmallows
- 175g digestive biscuits – chopped
- 50g frozen blueberries
- 30g dried cranberries
Put the chocolate, butter and golden syrup in a pan and heat until melted and smooth.
Place the other ingredients into the chocolate mix and mix together until well combined. Pour the mix into a lined 20cm square cake tin.
Chill until set, once set cut into squares.
