- 1 Red Pepper (Diced)
- 1 Green Pepper (Diced)
- 100g Frozen Pineapple (Defrosted)
- 2 Chicken Breasts (Diced)
- 2 Mini Corn Cobs (Defrosted & sliced)
- 2 Red Onions (Cut into wedges)
- 10g Vegetable Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 500g Zesty Quinoa
Thread the ingredients on to the skewers and season to taste.
Brush the ingredients on skewers over with vegetable oil & season as required.
Place the skewers on a hot BBQ for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
Cook the Zesty Quinoa as per the pack instructions & serve with the cooked kebabs.
