Moroccan Lamb Cutlets
- 1 x pack of Moroccan lamb cutlets (defrosted)
- 1 x pack of Iceland Couscous with Vegetables
- 1 x pot of Iceland Houmous
- 1 x Lemon
Heat your BBQ to the required temperature and once ready, grill the lamb chops for around 3 minutes on each side.
Once ready, rest the cutlets with the butter placed on top for 4 to 5 minutes.
Whilst resting, heat up the couscous in a pan on the BBQ or in the microwave.
To serve, place the couscous onto the plates along with the houmous and the lamb cutlets with a wedge of lemon.
