The Shrimp Burger
- 1x Iceland Luxury Sliced Brioche Roll
- 1x Iceland Luxury Ultimate Steak burger
- 3x Arctic Royal Argentinian Red Shrimp 300g, use 3 per burger
- Iceland Luxury French Brie De Pays 150g, 30g serving
- Ashton's Real Mayonnaise 500ml – 15 ml serving
- Woeber's Genuine American Yellow Mustard, 5g serving
- Iceland Luxury Coleslaw, 50g serving
Cook three Argentinian Red Shrimps as well as the Ultimate Steak Burger by following pack instructions. On the base of the bun, add a generous serving of coleslaw (50g) and place the burger and brie on top.
Place under the grill for a few minutes until the brie starts to melt. Finally add a tablespoon of mayonnaise and yellow mustard, and add the top of the bun. Finish with a hearty serving of Iceland Thin & Crispy Coated French.
Start by creating the relish. To do this mix the mayonnaise, mustard and brie together until smooth. Grill three of our Argentinian Red Shrimps as well as a portion of the Ultimate Steak Burger, and pile on top of a generous serving of coleslaw.
Build the burger inside the brioche bun and serve with Iceland Thin & Crispy Coated French Fries for a crowd-pleasing dinner.
