  • Cook to impress

    Defrost thoroughly and cook from chilled. Fry the salmon fillets in a hot pan with oil for 5 minutes each side and drizzle with lemon. In a separate pan of lightly salted water, add the Gnocchi, then cook for 2-4 minutes. In the meantime, follow pack instructions for Pea and Four Bean Medley. Strain the Gnocchi then spread Sour Cream onto your plates, add the Gnocchi, Pea and Four Bean Medley and serve the salmon on top.
