Fan Oven 180°C
Gas 6

For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit.

1. Pre-heat oven.

2. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.

3. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.

4. 30 minutes into cooking time, remove film, return to oven for 25 minutes.

5. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Slow cooked shredded lamb and minced lamb in tomato ragu, topped with layers of sliced potatoes and aubergines. Covered with a cheese bechamel sauce, halloumi crumb and paprika sprinkle.
