1. Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.

1. Pre-heat oven Fan 170°C/Gas 5.

2. Remove from all packaging, place sauce sachet to one side.

3. Place on a preheated baking tray with raised edges near the middle of the oven.

4. Place unopened sauce sachet into a bowl of hot water.

5. 20-25 minutes into cooking time, pour over sauce, return to oven for 10 minutes.

6. Stand for 2 minutes, remove skewers before carving.

7. 20 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for 15-20 minutes.

8. Pour over sauce, return to oven for 10 minutes.

9. Stand for 2 minutes, remove skewers before carving.

This product is suitable for barbecue. Follow oven instructions and finish off on the barbecue.
