Usage Instructions: Choose one of following methods - Room Temperature. Remove the carton and leave the bag and tray on a serving dish. Allow to stand at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Open bag, condiments and serve. Microwave. Fish and Seafood. Remove the carton. Tear open bag and set aside condiments and chopsticks. Place sushi with bag loosely covering onto a microwavable plate and set to medium power to defrost for 1-2 minutes. Leave to stand a room temperature for further 10-15 minutes or longer until completely thawed. Open condiments and serve. Care must be taken with higher powered microwaves as the seafood and raw fish (salmon) can be overcooked. Condiments: Thaw unopened condiments under warm running water for 10-20 seconds or leave at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, open and serve. Fridge. Remove the carton. Whist still in bag, leave the sushi tray in the fridge for 6-8 hours. Open sushi bag and condiments. Leave to stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving.
