French Toast with Bacon
- 3 large eggs
- 2 slices of Iceland sliced oaty loaf
- Bacon medallions - 8 slices
Crack eggs into a dish, season with a little salt and whisk.
Place bread on a tray and pour over egg mix tuning bread so both sides are covered in the mix.
Leave for 5 minutes to soak up the mix.
Grill bacon under a hot grill or in an oven till cooked and to your liking.
Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the eggy bread on both sides till golden brown.
Top with the bacon medallions to serve.
