Start your day right with something from our selection of healthy breakfast recipes.
- 100g oats
- 300 ml semi skimmed milk
- 1 red apple grated
- 450g 0% fat natural bio yogurt
- Blueberries frozen 150g
Mix oats and milk together place in tub cover and put in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Remove from fridge and divide into 2 serving bowls top with grated apple and a tablespoon of yogurt.
Put the blueberries in a pan and warm through until soft.
Top the oats with the warmed blueberries and serve.
