Naked Burger with Grilled Gem Lettuce Salad
- 2 luxury quarter pounder beef burgers
- 1 salad selection pack
- 20g olive oil
- Sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Grill the quarter pounders to the pack cooking instruction.
Whilst the Quarter pounders are cooking, cut the tomatoes and slice the cucumber and place into a bowl.
Quarter the gem lettuce and place into the bowl with the tomatoes and cucumber. Toss together with the olive oil, salt and black pepper.
Place the gem lettuce onto the grill tray next to the burgers and grill until slightly charred.
Once the burgers are cooked, serve with the grilled gem lettuce tomato and cucumber salad.
