Pork Fillet with Apple Sauce
- 1 packet of fresh pork fillets split in half lengthways
- 4 tbsp of Iceland apple sauce
- 50g Cheshire cheese
- 50g oats
- 1 tbsp of veg oil
- Seasoning to taste
Brush the pork fillets with oil and season. Then place under a preheated grill and cook for around 5 minutes each side.
Whilst the pork fillets are cooking, mix the oats and the crumbled Lancashire cheese together.
Once the pork fillets are cooked and the juices run clear, top with apple sauce and the crumble mix.
Place back under the grill for another minute and rest for 3 minutes before serving
