Spicy White Fish Fillets and Broccoli
- 2 Iceland white fish fillets - defrosted.
- 1tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Juice of 1 lime
- Glug extra virgin olive oil
- 1 box of Iceland tender stem broccoli - cooked to pack instructions
Make the rub for the fish by mixing all the herbs and spices together then rub into both sides of the fish fillets.
Place the fish onto a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180c, 350F, gas mark 4 for approx 10 minutes.
Serve with the cooked broccoli and drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
