- 4 defrosted tuna steaks
- 4 eggs
- 4 vine tomatoes
- 200g Frozen fine green beans
- 110g Deli Speciale Pimento Olives
- 2 lemons (cut in half)
- Salt pepper to taste
Cook your eggs in boiling water for 6 minutes for soft boiled cool and shell the eggs carefully.
Blanch the beans in salted boiling water.
Cut the vine tomatoes any way you like but odd rustic cuts look great.
Arrange on a plate or into a large bowl. Next, top with the olives and French beans and cut your eggs in half so you can see the soft yolk.
Defrost and cook the Tuna to your liking and place on top of the finished salad.
Garnish with half a lemon.
