Lunch - Recipes
Prepare a deliciously light lunch with something from our selection of healthy lunch recipes.
Avocado salad with tuna, lime and pineapple
- 4 halves of frozen avocado (defrosted)
- The juice of 2 limes
- 100g defrosted pineapple chunks cut in half
- 1 tin of drained tuna
- 1 tbsp of Greek Yoghurt
- Seasoning to taste
- 1 packet of peppery salad
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Place the avocado halves onto a plate along with the peppery salad
Mix all of the remaining ingredients into a bowl until well combined and spoon into the avocado halves.
