Lunch - Recipes
Prepare a deliciously light lunch with something from our selection of healthy lunch recipes.
Pork Fillet Stir Fry
- 1 packet of fresh pork fillets cut into strips
- 1 packet of frozen stir fry mix
- 80 ml of soy sauce
- 4 tbsp of honey
- 10g of garlic puree
- 10g of ginger puree
- 1 tbsp of veg oil
- Seasoning to taste
- 2 packets of frozen rice to serve
Mix together the soy, honey, garlic and ginger into a bowl add the pork fillet strips and leave to marinade for around 2 hours
Heat the oil in a wok or suitable non-stick pan over a high heat and add the pork fillet strips
Stir fry for around 3 to 4 minutes or until the meat is browned all over and then add the frozen stir fry mix
Whilst the stir fry is cooking, follow the on pack cook instructions for the rice.
Serve the stir fry immediately with the rice.
