1. Pre-heat oven.

2. Remove from all packaging.

3. Place onto a roasting tin, cover loosely with foil.Place near middle shelf of oven.

4. 1 hour and 35 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for 50-55 minutes.

5. Cover with foil, stand for 10 minutes before carving.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
