Cooking Instructions

  • Cooking Instructions General Oven Cook for best results Capture the Flavour. Defrosting before cooking brings out all the best flavours in this dish. Our Pitmaster's Guide to Cooking Always ensure product is piping hot before serving.
  • Hob From Frozen Remove bag from box and foil tray. Place in pan of boiling water. Bring the water back to the boil and simmer for 40 minutes. Remove from pan. Shake bag gently before serving. Open bag carefully and serve.
  • Microwave From Frozen Remove bag from box and foil tray. Pierce bag 4 times. Place in microwaveable dish. Cook on full power for 14 minutes. Stand for 1 minute then shake bag gently before serving.
  • Oven cook From Defrost 1. Remove from freezer and defrost in fridge for 24 hours. Ensure the product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. 2 Remove all packaging. 3. Empty the brisket and sauce into the foil tray provided. 4 Oven Cook (Always pre-heat your oven) Fan 180°C Gas Mark 6 40 mins For conventional ovens adjust time and temperatures to suit. 5 Remove the tray from the oven and pull the meat with 2 forks. 6 Serve on a large plate or board.
