These are fishcakes for people who do not like fish. They taste more like potato croquettes.

I like these a lot.
I tend to slow-fry them in a splash of decent oil, then sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder.
Serve with -ideally Iceland petits pois- or Iceland garden peas. Why put the oven on ?

As someone else mentioned, they are small, but they taste lovely and are great for a snack or lunch, and for the price you can't go wrong.
