Mmmmmmm =outstandingly delicious Now and again I like to have scampi and chips with mayonnaise. I shallow fry chips in rapeseed oil then while they are draining on kitchen paper I throw in nearly a whole packet of these breaded scampi and add a touch of olive oil. All this is on the hob on a low gas. I might raise the gas as my patience runs thin waiting for the scampi to get warm / hot. An absolute treat but be sure to give the scampi time to thaw and then take on some heat. I imagine that a deeper fry would be better but I never know what to do with the leftover oil.
