Chicken Gyoza I pan fried in a little oil then steamed the gyoza as instructed in water, make sure you use a non stick pan otherwise the pastry sticks. The filling has a crisp crunch from the water chestnuts and the meat too minced to resemble chicken, overall, they tasted good... The dipping sauce wasn't nice. I made my own sauce for dipping.
