BBQ Feta with Honey and Almonds
- 200g Iceland Greek Feta Cheese
- 1 bunch of Iceland Spring Onions
- 1 tsp of Gale's Original Honey
- 20g Sweet Almonds
- 10g veg oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Rub 10g of oil over one side of the feta and season to taste.
Place on a preheated BBQ.
Toss the spring onions in the remaining oil and season to taste.
Place alongside feta on the BBQ.
Grill for 4-5 minutes then plate the feta and spring onions. Drizzle with honey and top with chopped almonds.
