Surf & Turf
- 300g Argentinian Red Shrimp (defrosted)
- 2 Gaucho Rump Steak with Garlic and Herb Butter (defrosted)
- 20g Sriracha
- 20g Vegetable Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1.5kg Maris Piper Chunky Oven Chips
Slice the steak into strips.
Thread the steak and shrimp on to the skewers, brushing both sides with oil and the seasoning.
Place skewers on a hot BBQ for around 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Melt the garlic & herb butter, and pour over the cooked kebabs.
Cook chips to pack instructions and serve with the barbecued surf & turf and a wedge of lemon.
