Product Information

In a refrigerator for a minimum of 8 hours.

1. Remove from all packaging.

2. Place duck breasts skin side down into a cold frying pan and place over a medium heat.

3. Fry for 5 minutes.

4. Place skin side up on a baking tray near the middle of a pre-heated oven fan 180/ Gas 6 for 5 - 7 minutes (for best results do not overcook).

5. Allow to stand for 5 minutes on the baking tray before serving.

These guidelines are for rare to medium. For well done cook longer in the oven.

    Defrost the duck breasts in the refrigerator for 8 hours before cooking. Be careful not to overcook in order to ensure there’s a slight pinkness still at the centre of the breast.
