Product Information
1. Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
2. Remove from all packaging.
3. Place in a roasting tin.
4. Cover loosely with foil.
5. Place near the middle of the oven.
6. 1 hour into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for 25 minutes.
7. Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
