In a refrigerator for a minimum of 8 hours.

1. Remove from all packaging, place butter pellet to one side and allow steak to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.

2. Rub steak with a little oil and season.

3. Pre-heat a frying pan over a high heat, fry for 1 minutes each side and reduce to a medium heat.

4. Continue to cook for a further Rare 2-3 minutes each side Medium 3-4 minutes each side Well Done 4-5 minutes each side.

5. Add butter pellet to the pan for the last minute of cooking time.

6. Allow to stand 2-3 minutes before serving.
