1. Pre-heat oven.

2. Remove outer packaging and film lid, cover loosely with foil. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.

3. 1 hour into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for 20 minutes.

4. Drain excess liquid and return to oven for a further 5 minutes.

5. Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
