Product Information

1. Remove outer packaging (leaving in the binding).

2. Place in a large pan of boiling water and bring back to the boil.

3. Reduce heat and cover with a lid.

4. Simmer for 1 hour 25 minutes approx (do not let the pan boil dry).

5. Drain, stand for 15 minutes remove binding before carving.

For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit.

1. Pre-heat oven.

2. Remove outer packaging (leaving in the binding).

3. Place in a roasting tray and cover loosely with foil.

4. Cook near the middle of the oven for 1 hour and 35 minutes.

5. Remove foil and return to oven for 10 minutes.

6. Stand for 15 minutes, remove binding before carving.
