In a refrigerator.

1. Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.

2. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.

Grill

1. Pre-heat grill to a high heat.

2. Remove from all packaging, place sauce sachet to one side.

3. Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan.

4. Wrap ends of skewers in foil.

5. Grill for 8-10 minutes.

6. Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.

7. Place kebabs onto a plate and drizzle over sauce to serve.

1. Pre-heat oven Fan 170°C/Gas 5.

2. Remove from all packaging, place unopened sauce sachet into a bowl of hot water.

3. Place kebabs on a preheated baking tray with raised edges near the middle of the oven for 13-15 minutes.

4. Turn half way through cooking time.

5. Place kebabs onto a plate and drizzle over sauce.

This product is suitable for barbecue. Follow chosen instructions and finish off on the barbecue.
