Eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to skip dessert. We’ve created a selection of lighter dessert recipes to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Chocolate Baked Bananas
- 2 ripe bananas
- 50g Bournville chocolate
Make a slit through the skin of the bananas along one side, making sure that you don’t cut all the way through to the other side.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and lay along the banana inside the cut.
Put each banana onto a sheet of foil and crimp the edges together to seal into a parcel and then onto a baking tray.
Place into a preheated oven at 180c for 25 mins until the bananas have turned black.
