Prawn Masala Saag
- 1 pack of defrosted raw king prawns
- 4 packets of frozen white rice
- 350g slimming world tikka masala sauce
- 10g olive oil
- 50g defrosted spinach (squeezed)
Heat a frying pan over a moderate heat and add the olive oil.
Add the prawns to the pan and turn over after a minute and once they start to turn pink.
Pour the tikka sauce into the pan and heat through for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the defrosted spinach and continue to heat through for another minute until hot.
Whilst the prawns and sauce are heating through, follow the cooking instructions for the rice.
Place rice into a serving bowl with the prawn tikka saag, drizzle with yoghurt (optional).
