Salmon Fillet With Quinoa and Multi Greens
- 2 Iceland salmon fillets - defrosted.
- 3 tbsp soured cream
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- Salt & pepper
- 200g Iceland Quinoa - cooked to pack instructions
- 2 individual Iceland multi green bags - cooked to pack instructions
Cook the salmon fillets according to pack instructions, meanwhile mix together the soured cream, chives and season to taste.
Tip the potatoes onto a baking tray and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Place half the cooked quinoa on each plate add the cooked multi greens and place 1 salmon fillet on top. Serve with the soured cream and a squeeze of lemon
