Smoked Haddock Kedgeree
- 2 Iceland smoked haddock fillets - defrosted and cooked to pack instructions.
- 2 large eggs - boiled, peeled and cut into quarters
- 75g Iceland frozen peas
- 2 individual Iceland steam bags - cooked to pack instructions.
- 2-3 tbsp Iceland chopped onion.
- 1tsp curry powder.
Place the cooked rice, peas, onion, curry powder in a large frying pan with 1 tbsp olive oil and cook over a medium heat for approx 5 minutes stirring.
Flake the haddock fillets into the rice mixture and add the chopped eggs stir through and then serve.
