Tenderstem® Broccoli Pasta with Chilli and Garlic
- 1 packet of frozen Tenderstem® broccoli
- 300g cooked penne pasta
- 2 tsp of frozen red chilli
- 2 garlic cloves peeled and finely sliced
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Seasoning to taste
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over a high heat
Add the Tenderstem and leave for 1 minute before moving so that the broccoli chars, then turn and char on the other side
Add the garlic and the chilli and stir through then add the cooked penne pasta to the broccoli, stir well and serve.
