Product Information

1. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC / Gas mark 6. For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit.

2. Remove outer packaging from joint.

3. Place in a suitable roasting tray and cover loosely with foil.

4. Place near the middle of the oven.

5. 2 hours into cooking time, remove foil and return to oven for final 30 minutes

6. Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
