1. Remove from all packaging and place on a plate.

2. Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.

1. Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

2. Remove from all packaging.

3. Place in a roasting tin near the middle of the oven for 1 hour 20 - 25 minutes.

4. Stand for 10 minutes before carving.

3. Place onto a roasting tin and cover loosely with foil.

4. Place near the middle of the oven.

5. 1 hour 35 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for 50-55 minutes.

6. Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
