Cooking Instructions

  • Barbecue From Frozen Alternative cook in the oven as above but remove 5 minutes earlier and grill on BBQ for 2 minutes each side. 5 Remove from the BBQ and serve on a large plate or board. Share and enjoy.
  • Boil From Frozen Remove bag from box and foil tray. Place in a pan of boiling water. Bring the water back to the boil and simmer for 40 minutes. Remove from the pan. Gently shake the bag before serving.
  • Cooking Instructions General Oven cook for best results. Capture the Flavour. Defrosting before cooking brings out all the best flavours in this dish. Our Pitmaster's Guide to Cooking Always ensure product us piping hot before serving.
  • Microwave From Frozen Remove bag from box and foil tray. Pierce the bag 4 times. Place in a microwaveable dish. Cook on full heat for 10 minutes. Stand for 1 minute, shake gently before serving.
  • Oven cook From Defrost 1 Remove from freezer and defrost in fridge for 24 hours. Ensure the product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. 2. Remove all packaging. 3 Empty the ribs and sauce into the foil tray provided. 4 Oven cook (Always pre-heat your oven) Oven 200ºC Fan 180ºC Gas mark 6 25 mins For conventional ovens adjust time and temperatures to suit. 5 Remove from the oven and serve on a large plate or board.     This rack of meaty ribs is basted in a Memphis inspired BBQ sauce and smoked over red hot hickory chips.

    These ribs are smoked a little longer with the hickory than the other dishes to enrich the depth of the BBQ flavour. The smoking caramelises the sugar, smoked paprika and chilli. Then sous vide to give a very well balanced rich smokey BBQ sauce.
