Cooking Instructions
- Cooking Instructions General Our Cod Fish Cakes are best oven baked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
- Grill From Frozen Pre-heat the grill on a medium heat setting. Remove all packaging. Place fish cakes on to the base of the grill pan and return to a central position in the grill, cook for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Oven cook From Frozen 230°C/Fan 200°C/Gas Mark 8. Pre-heat the oven. Remove all packaging. Place fish cakes onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
